Refund information for Famous Battles digital products.

Current status

At this time, products are not available for purchase on Famous Battles, and no transactions are processed through this website. This Refund Policy is published in preparation for future digital product sales.

Future digital product refunds

When digital products (eBooks) become available, refunds will generally be limited due to instant access and downloadable delivery. However, we will review requests in good faith in the following situations:

  • You were charged but did not receive the digital download or access.
  • The file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.
  • Duplicate charge or clearly erroneous charge.

Digital delivery (when enabled)

When sales are enabled, digital products will be delivered electronically (for example, via an on-site download link or email instructions). If delivery fails, we will work with you to provide access or a replacement file. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund as described above.

Cancellations (when enabled)

For instant-access digital products, cancellations may not be available after delivery has occurred. If you believe you placed an order by mistake, contact us as soon as possible at famousbattlesonline@gmail.com.
